A Farm”Houzz” Christmas
Our friends at Houzz have been so generous to Golden Hill Studio over the last several years, and they have honored my home and studio once again with this fantastic article https://bit.ly/2LcU4kl
My photographer (yes, I like to think of her as “MY” photographer) and Houzz contributor, Rikki Snyder, worked tirelessly with me to put together my vision for the holidays, some of which is tradition, and some of which I like to change up a little bit from year to year. The bonus? My 1850’s Farmhouse was decorated a little early this year!
Decorating for the holidays can be a time consuming process, but I think if you truly love and embrace the spirit of the Christmas season, you’ll enjoy the process of selecting the greens for wreaths and garland; trimming the tree and determining just the right table settings and glassware for your guests.
Whether you are a traditionalist, or you are looking for alternate colors, patterns, textures and unique ideas, pour yourself a cup of hot cocoa or a glass of wine (my personal preference) and pour your heart and soul into your Christmas decorating and you are sure to create a magical place for friends and family to gather!
